The University of Greenwich have a huge campus in Eltham and the Partnership and is represented on the Partnership by Professor Richard Hayward the head of the School of Architecture and Construction at the University of Greenwich - Avery Hill Campus.

Richard will be working with the Partnership to create a synergy that will be beneficial both to the University and the Town Centre.

Richard brings a level of expertise in the development of effective Town Centres which will be an obvious benefit to the Partnership.
